The pool maintenance surprise

The indoor pool was a fun surprise for our grandkids, who enjoyed splashing around during our stay. The staff were always ready to help, making our experience more enjoyable.

The room was quite comfortable and plenty of

space to move around. However, there were some cleanliness issues that left me unsettled. The staff was friendly but a bit overwhelmed during peak times.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The biscuits and gravy at breakfast were a delightful surprise, as were the fresh muffins that started my day off right! The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great environment for relaxation after a long day.

The bathroom could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. there were some areas that were overlooked.

Watch out for security concerns. multiple reports indicated vehicle break-ins in the parking lot. This raises serious safety issues that shouldn't be overlooked.

Several amenities fell short. the breakfast options included powdered eggs and a malfunctioning pancake maker, which disappointed especially with better choices elsewhere. The pool, although a draw, remained closed for maintenance two out of three days, ruining plans for family fun. Housekeeping services were inconsistent, with some days lacking coffee restocking and garbage removal. In the room, I found stains on the pull-out bed and table, not ideal when expecting a clean space for the night. Alas, comfort in the sofa bed was another issue, feeling uneven and like the springs might just poke through at any moment.

Great stay with beautiful views

I had a lovely experience during my stay, especially enjoying the stunning view of the pond from my room. The hotel was well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of both the common areas and my room. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a good variety of options. However, it would improve the experience if the breakfast area had more seating available during peak hours.

Absolutely loved the comfy bed! 😍 The room was spacious, but I wish there had been enough towels for everyone. Really made our family feel welcome overall!
